What do you normally do on weekends

The question says it all, what do you normally do on weekends? Most people just Like to enjoy a couple of days off, and spend time with family, go to the cottage if you have one, day trips or just do nothing and enjoy the time off. Some will spend it working around the house on a project that needed attention for months.

We all work hard to enjoy a couple of days doing what we enjoy doing on our days off, weekends never last that long either as we all know. Some people like me who have a partner that has her home that also needs attention from time to time. So that means we both spend time helping each other with projects around our homes that seem never to come to an end.

Why vacations provide a reliable solution to the phrases on how to relax. When you go away, you do nothing but enjoy the freedom from your daily boring but important issues we all need to address. Whether it's driving your kids to their games, practise or just grocery shopping, it seems like we never have any time to enjoy ourselves with our days off.

Summer has come, and it draws to an end, how much did we get done outside, and how much more do we need to do before the weather is no longer cooperative with outside projects. I am trying to finish my deck, major project, replaced some rotten boards, redid the who top railing and sanded the entire deck, 12' x 24.' Not sure what took longer the sanding or replacing the rotten boards, either way, it was very time-consuming.

This weekend, we worked on her upper bedroom deck took all the old railings and posts down, replaced them with new ones, and it looks awesome. We also got to watch the final show with The Tragically Hip ending their tour in their hometown of Kingston; Ontario.it was truly a remarkable performance by Gord Downie and his band. I was impressed with the performance under the circumstance with the health issues of Gord Downie.  How he handle himself and spoke about what being Canadian meant to him, having our Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the event meant a lot to him.

It all takes time away from the weekend

Sunday arrived we went out for breakfast and then back to working on the final stages of her deck. Had an early supper, packed up all of my tools, and all the rotten wood from the deck that will make good firewood for the fire pit one day. Got home by eight, showered and watched the closing of the Olympics from Rio or perhaps they watched me. Yes, I do have a TV in my bedroom for that particular reason it puts me to sleep, may as well be in my bed if that is my mission.

How do You Define a Greater Leader with You're Network Marketing Team

One of the biggest reason people joins different types of MLM or E-commerce companies frequently involves the individual who sponsored them. People join different marketing companies because they want to make sure they will have endless support from their leaders in the organization. A common problem with the Network Marketing Industry, why most fail within this industry lack of support from their upline.

Some of the question you will need to ask your sponsor before signing up? What kind of training will I get, do you do three-ways with my prospects, is their webinars and training material I can study? Is there a system our team is currently using is there a cost factor involved with the material I will be using, is there a company website that we get and is there a cost with this site? By asking these's straight forward questions will provide you with confidence to take on the task at hand.

A good leader will take the time to train you and allow you to understand what needs to be achieved on a daily base. The most important part of joining any Network Marketing company is leaning your BackOffice and all the tools and also how to navigate correctly from tab to tab in the back office.

A good leader is filled with self-confidence, understands his industry and can answer any question about the company, product, pay plan or any other direct issues that should be answered immediately. He should be able to answer them without any hesitation; this shows you his confidence level, someone, you feel comfortable with and want to work with them.

Some of the qualities I looked for in a leader is his appearance, is he or she organized, is he or she treating their people with respect and integrity. When he walks into a room, do people come to him and shake his hand and feel wow by his presence?. Is he or she introducing new members to top achievers within the organization, is he or she sharing all the information and latest developments with his or her team?

Good Team leaders never disclose any fear to his team, always ready praise a team member for his or her accomplishment, allows people to talk and is an excellent listener.  Leaders are more concern with the growth of their organization, not their bonus checks. Good leaders always do what they say they would do for the team, whether it is a three-way call with new prospect, or just answer questions to new members.

An exceptional leader is always training his staff to develop as leaders themselves, so they can also create more leaders in their organization, all about teamwork. He will never pitch another member to join another MLM company; this is a common mistake with many leaders in Network Marketing they are always hopping from program to program.
